CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving care and impact our ability to serve everyone effectively. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be considered a no show and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis. To avoid fees and ensure a smooth experience, please confirm your appointment and notify us promptly of any changes.
